Neta Lamp MN, RN
Neta has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gustavus
Adolphus College in Minnesota and a Master of Nursing from the University of
California, Los Angeles. She has practiced nursing in three states (Minnesota,
California and Ohio) as well as one foreign country (Chile). Most of her career
has been spent in hospitals with brief respites in home care, long term care,
and a health maintenance organization along with adjunct faculty positions in
schools of nursing. Gradual progression up the ladder in nursing administration
culminated in a position as chief clinical officer in a long term acute care
hospital. Her move from California to Ohio resulted in positions integrating
case, utilization, risk, and quality management along with medical staff
coordination /credentialing.
Concurrently with her position as a regional representative
with the Joint Commission Resources’ Ohio Continuous Service Readiness
Program, Neta serves as the Director of Quality Services in a critical access
hospital in northwest Ohio. Her responsibilities include coordination of the
accreditation process, quality improvement, utilization and risk management,
discharge planning, infection control and the medical staff office. Unique
skills include fluency in Spanish and service as an examiner in the Ohio
Partnership for Excellence Program utilizing Malcolm Baldridge criteria.
