Chris McGreevey brings to her role as a CSR Representative extensive demonstrated clinical and supervisory experience and expertise in a variety of health care settings, as well as “use of data” expertise. She has a solid background in nursing, information management and performance improvement, and also has been instrumental in developing the priority focus process and new survey process that is part of Joint Commission’s new accreditation process under Shared Visions-New Pathways. She has developed and provided a number of educational programs about the ORYX initiative and core measures, staffing effectiveness approach for data analysis, and performance improvement methodologies. Additionally, Ms. McGreevey has written and reviewed data-related performance improvement articles for Joint Commission’s publication department. She has served as a Codman Award reviewer for many years for the Joint Commission’s annual national award for demonstrated performance improvement in health care quality and patient safety
