Richard Scalenghe brings extensive experience in healthcare in his role as a Continuous Survey Readiness Representative, primarily for Pennsylvania Healthcare Organization. Richard 's experience includes service with the Joint Commission, JCR, CSR, clinical and operations experience at many levels of health care. In addition, his ability to integrate knowledge of organization development theory and practice into his consultation style identifies him as an excellent resource for the field.
Richard serves as faculty for JCR’s Field Education Seminars and is a nationally known presenter at conferences and workshops.
Richard was previously a Joint Commission Surveyor trained in Hospital and Behavioral Health Care.
