Kathy Eichner brings extensive healthcare experience, both clinical and organizational, to her role as a Continuous Service Readiness Consultant. She has over two decades of clinical, operational, and executive experience in Healthcare, serving in numerous leadership positions for all types of acute care organizations. In addition, Ms. Eichner combines expertise in both clinical operations and finance to provide a unique perspective on high quality, cost-effective care. She has extensive experience in both the clinical and reimbursement regulatory arenas. Ms. Eichner has experience in Medical Staff relations, strategic planning, team dynamics, and performance improvement with an emphasis on interdisciplinary process improvement. Her understanding of the dynamics of patient care, quality, and fiscally responsible operations contribute to her ability to provide meaningful assistance to healthcare organizations as they strive for continuous standards compliance.
Ms. Eichner was previously a Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President for Quality and Utilization Management in a five-hospital integrated system. She has presented multiple programs on quality, ORYX measures, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance for hospital and medical staff.
Kathy Eichner currently serves as the Texas representative for JCR’s CSR program.
