Lynn Reynolds Stabler, BSN, RN
Lynn Reynolds Stabler has more than 20 years of experience as a health care professional. She has extensive experience in quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, hospital administration, home health administration, Joint Commission compliance and physician recruitment that adds to her role as a Continuous Service Readiness consultant for Joint Commission Resources, Inc.
Mrs. Stabler currently serves on the executive staff at Memorial Hospital & Manor in Bainbridge, GA where she is responsible for physician relations, physician recruitment and Joint Commission compliance. Previous leadership roles have included an affiliate quality/risk manager at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA where she directed performance improvement and risk management programs for four affiliated hospitals within the Archbold System, coordinated and presented, with four other members, performance improvement orientation and tools to classes with over 1500 employees and compiled a monthly report of all actual and potential risk management cases; and an assistant administrator, program coordinator and clinical supervisor at Visiting Nurses of Southwest Georgia in Bainbridge, GA where she assured compliance with all state and federal regulations, developed a system disaster plan, established and coordinated an ethics committee and established a high-tech service program.
Mrs. Stabler is a registered professional nurse licensed in Georgia and Florida and served as a head nurse at Archbold Dialysis Systems – Thomasville and Bainbridge Facilities and a staff nurse at Decatur County Health Department in Bainbridge, GA, and she was recently inducted into the Thomas University Professional Nursing Honor Society.
Mrs. Stabler completed undergraduate studies at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA and the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. She will receive an MSN from Thomas University in Thomasville, GA in August 2008.
