How will I know when each issue of the online Perspectives is available?The online version of
Perspectives becomes available on the
Perspectives Web site the same day the print version is mailed—at about the mid-point of the month prior to the issue date. (For example, an October issue is available mid-September). Organizations that provide their e-mail address will receive an e-mail notification of the issue's availability as well as news blasts about important JCAHO news before it appears in

Organization Update Form (for all orgs except Laboratory) and
Organization Update Form (for Laboratory only) and submit this to your account representative in Accreditation Operations. This information will then be updated for purposes of the complimentary subscription to
The Joint Commission Perspectives.
