While organizations are required to conduct emergency management tracers and drills, these also provide an opportunity to test your organizations’ internal and external disaster plans. Mr. Gervais will explain the elements required to successfully conduct an emergency drill and tracer, paying particular attention to the successes and shortcoming he has seen in the field that enable organizations to improve their response plans accordingly.
