How to purchase and download a PDF of a single article or complete issue of any JCR periodical

Go to http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/jcaho.
Click on the title of the JCR periodical from which you wish to browse articles.
Click on the issue you wish to purchase articles from (newsletters are sorted by Volume, Issue Number, and Issue Month and Year).
Click on the title of the article that you wish to purchase or, if you want to purchase the full issue, click the last option in the list, “Full Issue.”
A new page will open; click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the page.
You will be prompted for a user name and password. If you have previously registered and created a user name and password on IngentaConnect.com, enter it now. If you have not yet registered on IngentaConnect.com, click “Register Now” at the bottom of the page.
On the “Personal Registration” page, complete all of the required fields. This includes creating a unique user name and password. Click “Register.”
Review your order and select payment method. Click “Proceed to Checkout” when finished shopping. You are now ready to enter your payment information.
On the “Checkout” page, please complete all the required fields. Click “Continue” to complete the purchase and download your PDFs.
