Program Objectives
At the completion of the program, participants will be able to: - Implement strategies for survey preparedness, continuous self-assessment and completion of the Periodic Performance Review requirements
- Adapt and apply strategies within their organization for evaluating systems and processes and identifying causes for non-compliance to their elements of performance, implementation expectations, or organization's policies and practices
- Modify strategies to implement within their organization for developing Plans of Action, Evidence of Standards Compliance, and Measures of Success
- Operationalize strategies within their organization to prioritize plans and develop practical solutions
- Use the strategies within their organization for maintaining compliance and improving systems and processes
Who Should Attend
Executive and middle-management level individuals; any health care professional including physicians, nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social workers, dietitians, risk managers, survey coordinators, pharmacists, etc.; health care professionals who work in general hospitals; critical access hospitals; ambulatory health care, including ambulatory surgery centers and office based practices; behavioral health care settings; home health care settings, including home care, hospice, clinical respiratory and medical equipment providers; long term care; and those with responsibilities for healthcare systems, multiple healthcare organizations or healthcare networks.
