Director, Consulting Operations - JCR
Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and budgeting for operational, communications, and inside sales support across Joint Commission Resources' ("JCR's") consulting division and its programs, including U.S. Consulting, Continuous Service Readiness ("CSR"), and International Services. This includes the consulting division management of the Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") technology and related business processes, including analysis of leads, pipeline data, and consulting statistics for all consulting programs. Leads the consulting division in interfacing with other JCR departments such as Finance, Marketing, and IT related to successful implementation of the CRM. Five to seven years of progressively more responsible management experience, including experience in health care consulting and consulting operations (e.g. working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems). The managerial ability to plan, budget, organize, and direct consulting support operations, including the proposal and contracting processes, inside sales, report editing, marketing liaison, and web site communications. Regional Director, US (4) - JCR
Serves as the Regional Director in managing the provision of on-site consultation, education, and technical assistance to US health care organizations to assist in improving patient care, quality, and safety. In collaboration with the Executive Director, US & CSR Consulting Services, is accountable for the development and implementation of business strategies to assure consulting revenue target and contribution margin is achieved within the region. Manages and directs consultants and sales activities in the United States. Works collaboratively with the Executive Directors of US & CSR Consulting, Solutions Consulting and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies resulting in the growth and retention of Joint Commission Resources ("JCR") customers. Possesses knowledge of public policy initiatives and competition within region and nationally. Requirements: Physician: degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Board Eligible or Board Certified at time of hire. Nurse: graduate of an approved school of nursing and a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline. Administrator: Master's degree in a health-related field. Pharmacist: Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) or equivalent. Engineer: Healthcare Environment of Care experience with master's degree. Associate Director, International Office - JCI
Administers and directs programs and activities that support the growth of Joint Commission International ("JCI") in Middle East. Works with the Managing Director to plan and implement strategies to integrate JCI into the health communities of the Area of Operation related to patient safety and health care quality. Assist with logistical support to consultant and surveyor staff when traveling in the Area of Operations (Area of Operations at the time of establishment of the position: Middle East, Northern Africa, Southwest Asia, and the South Asian subcontinent). Manages the process for the interpretation of standards for all international accreditation and certification programs.
