Connecting for Patient Safety
This Free audio conference was presented on Tuesday, April 22, 2008.
JCR Patient Safety Practice Leader, Deborah M. Nadzam, PhD, FAAN, and JCR Consultant, Michael Youssi, MD, MHA, engaged participants in a discussion about connections within health care organizations that contribute to making care safe. In advance of the program, registrants completed an online assessment focused on organizational activities and structures that support patient safety. During the program the consultants provided a summary of aggregate findings and promoted discussion of these findings. Participants also had the opportunity to submit patient safety topics and questions of interest in advance of and during the conference, as well as request a comparative report based on the online assessment.
