If you are an an existing or a new AMP customer or moving from AMP Local to AMP Hosted:

Option 1. Call JCR Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-223-6866

Option 2. Complete the order form on the Order Options page and fax/mail it to JCR Customer Service.
