A. If you are an existing AMP Hosted 2009 customer, you have 2 options to renew your 2010 AMP license:
1. Use online order tool to generate purchase order/invoice to pay by check or credit card:
2009 AMP Program Administrator can log on at ofa.jcrinc.com with your AMP email id and password and renew your 2010 license. Using this option ensures your 2009 data is migrated to 2010 version.

2. Call JCR Customer Service toll-free 1-877-223-6866 and place your renewal order
B. If you are a new AMP customer or wish to renew your Local version of AMP to order AMP 2010 license:
1. Call JCR Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-223-6866
