Antibiotic Resistance Toolkit Blog
 JCR's new toolkit "What Every Health Care Executive Should Know: The Cost of Antibiotic Resistance" provides chief executives and their leadership teams with the information and tools needed to initiate, promote, and sustain an effective MDRO control program. The guide and accompanying electronic tools are uniquely designed for hospitals of all sizes and at all stages of MDRO control program development. Although key messages are aimed at health care executives, the toolkit provides specific tools and resources meant to be deployed at all levels of the organization, including senior management where many of these decisions are made, frontline staff, and the middle level of clinical and administrative leadership where actions are implemented. In addition to the resources in the toolkit, this blog will provide an another place where you can find additional tools, strategies, and insight, but the most important contribution to this space will be YOUR stories and experiences in combatting antibiotic resistance at your organizations. The blog is also a good place for you to ask questions so we can learn from each other.
