Here at JCR, we're excited about officially unveiling our new FREE toolkit, “What Every Health Care Executive Should Know: The Cost of Antibiotic Resistance.”
We're also very excited about the FREE audio conference today where thousands of participants from hospitals all across the country will join experts (and toolkit authors) Barbara M. Soule, R.N., M.P.A., CIC, JCR's Practice Leader for Infection Prevention and Control Services, and Stephen Weber, M.D., JCR consultant and Medical Director of Epidemiology, Infection Control, and Clinical Quality at University of Chicago Hospitals, to learn more about the clinical and financial cost of antibiotic resistance and effective prevention and control techniques.

Hi, Jean - We're so glad you enjoyed the conference! Thanks for asking about the slides. I checked it out on a few different machines, and they downloaded fine here. I'd suggest trying again (now that it's been a few hours since the call, maybe there are fewer people trying to access them at once). Let us know if you're still unable to access the files, though, and we'll dig into it further.

Thank you for a great conference. I have been able to download the toolkit except for the CEO Talking Points, Chapter 3 forward. Are others having a problem or do I need to do something special for these. I have tried several times with same result. It looks like it is downloading but after 15 minutes, it is still not downloaded. Thank you.
