Pat Adair brings a varied health care background to her CSR consulting role, including executive leadership, quality management, and infection control positions in acute care and long term acute care (LTAC). Her diverse clinical background includes staff nursing positions in surgery, endoscopy, PACU, maternal/child health, physician office practice, as well as critical care, achieving CCRN certification while in that role. In addition, she has served as adjunct faculty for nursing students both in community health and long term care.

Throughout her career, Ms. Adair has been a strong advocate for the improvement of patient care quality through continuous process improvement and staff mentoring and education. As a health care consultant, both with VHA Central, Inc. and as an independent consultant, she was responsible for the development, implementation, and project management of clinical improvement projects in the areas of congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, pneumonia, stroke, women’s health, childhood immunizations, and chronic diabetes management in the outpatient setting.

A firm believer in life-long learning, Ms. Adair received her associate degree in nursing from North Central State College and also holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ashland University and a master’s degree in nursing, with a focus in nursing administration, from the University of Akron. She is affiliated with Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
