Home care organizations are faced with trying to assimilate a number of new drugs, devices, procedures and equipment within their systems.  Resources are stretched and practical ways to solve challenges that confront home care professionals as they strive to sustain quality patient care are being sought.  Through lecture, group discussion, and other experiential learning activities this two-day seminar provides solutions, tools, answers to questions and more.

Individuals responsible for coordinating or implementing Joint Commission Home Care accreditation and standards compliance, including those organizations considering accreditation.

2. Dissect the challenging issues for the Home Care standards and develop strategies to successfully meet the standards
3. Implement effective actions for complying with the National Patient Safety Goals and their related requirements
4. Use accreditation as a tool to improve operations and systems, as well as enhance patient safety outcomes
