This advanced, action-packed, one-day briefing will focus on the 2011 National Patient Safety Goals, standard updates, and 2010 Home Care challenging standards and survey process updates. Leaders from The Joint Commission will analyze the most challenging home care standards, identify the most challenging compliance issues for implementing the National Patient Safety Goals, and delineate the new requirements for 2011. Home care leaders will have opportunities to network with colleagues, tap into the collective expertise of the faculty, and leave knowing they are up-to-date on all the vital information.

Who Should Attend:
This program is designed for home care professionals who know the Joint Commission standards, have experienced a survey, and only want the updates, such as accreditation coordinators, home health agency administrators, hospice directors, and DME owners, directors, and managers. Organizations that provide multiple home care services will benefit from sending more than one participant to this program. Professionals who are new to the home care field are encouraged to attend our Home Care Accreditation Essentials program November 16-17 in Waltham, MA.
