Many hospital leaders are challenged daily with limited resources that directly impact the quality and safety of care provided to patients. The Joint Commission understands the challenges that face hospitals and consistently uses data to identify where changes are needed in the accreditation process, the National Patient Safety Goals, and the standards and elements of performance to help improve the quality and safety of health care.  Based on the data and lessons learned this one-day program provides hospital leaders with vital information to stay up-to-date with key issues.  Leaders from The Joint Commission will analyze the most challenging hospital standards, identify the most challenging compliance issues for implementing the NPSGs, and delineate the new requirements for 2011. You will have opportunities to tap into the collective expertise of the faculty and network with colleagues.

Note: Each attendee will receive a pre-publication version of the 2011 Hospital Accreditation Standards manual onsite, along with a voucher for one complimentary copy of the final updated, spiral-bound book, (Product Code HS11) which can be redeemed when the books are published in late October.

Who Should Attend:
