This program provides a comprehensive overview of the Environment of Care (EC) standards and intents, survey process, discussion of the Statement of Conditions™, and discussion on the ten concepts found in the Environment of Care Chapter.  In addition, participants will have the opportunity to ask candid questions and engage in discussion with key Joint Commission staff who have in-depth knowledge of the standards and will provide answers to questions from seminar participants.  Expert faculty will also provide proven methods and frameworks to give you the confidence to build a program with a patient-safety foundation.  Registration fee also includes a copy of the Environment of Care® Handbook, 3rd Edition.
