This program provides a comprehensive overview of the Environment of Care (EC) standards and intents, survey process, discussion of the Statement of ConditionsTM (SOC) and discussion on the ten concepts found in the Environment of Care chapter. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to ask candid questions and engage in discussion with key Joint Commission staff, who have in-depth knowledge of the standards. Expert faculty will also provide proven methods and frameworks to give you the confidence to build a program with a patient-safety foundation. Registration fee also includes a copy of the Environment of Care® Handbook, 3rd.Edition.
