Customer Advisory Panel


Joint Commission Resources (JCR) relies on its Customer Advisory Panel in its efforts to provide top-quality and state-of-the-art products and services to its diverse customer base. The Customer Advisory Panel provides input to JCR on current and/or planned products and services, updates JCR on the impact of current health care issues or trends, and suggests how JCR can best address these issues through its product and service offerings.

 

The Customer Advisory Panel meets four (4) times per year, via conference call. Individuals who are invited to participate on the panel represent a cross section of current JCR customers from a variety of health care settings. Outside of these established meetings, Customer Advisory Panel members may also be periodically called on throughout the year with questions on a specific topic or issue.
