Where do I search for products?

There are 3 options:

1. Use the search box.  You can search for a product name or item number or a product description in the search box in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Use the Find Products button (see red button on the right hand side of navigation menu).  This allows you to narrow your search to suit your unique needs.

3. Click the View All Products link on the left hand side of the home page under the Most Popular section.  You can view all products by category using this method.



How do I purchase products?

Locate the product using one of the search tools above or by browsing the JCR website.  Click on the Order Now button which will link directly to our webstore where you can complete your check-out.

If you are ordering more than one product, simply add the product to the shopping cart, close the cart window, search for more products and add them to your cart. The cart will remember your additions for about an hour. When you are done adding products to your cart proceed to check-out.

What are the colorful "Introductory", "Intermediate", "Advanced", and "All Levels" icons near the bottom of different product pages?

These experience level icons help you select the appropriate educational products you need for your level of expertise.

Simply click the link at the very top of the page called Login.


How do I find free content, such as articles, white papers, etc.?

Browse through our Free Resources section (located on the navigation menu) for helpful information on many health care topics including environment of care, infection prevention and control, patient safety and medication safety.

Or use the search box and type in the topic of interest.   On the search results page you can "jump to" website results.


How do I contact someone from JCR?

Our contact information is conveniently located in one place by clicking the Contact JCR link in the upper right hand corner of our website.


Does JCR Collect Sales Tax?

 Yes, based on your ship to state, please remit the following taxes along with any applicable city, county, or district taxes required:
