Assess Your Hospital's Program

By reviewing your program through this inventory assesment, you may identify elements you already have or may need to ensure a comprehensive and effective pressure ulcer prevention program at your organization.

First print a copy of the survey and review the questions with your team.  There are 40 questions, addressing your program structure, policies and procedures in use, equipments, staff education and measurement.  Once you have collected and prepared the answers, it will only take about 10 minutes to enter your responses on the online survey.
