Get a Baseline on your Patient Safety Strategies

JCR appreciates that health care organizations are working hard to establish patient-safe cultures and implement integrated patient safety programs that aim to prevent harm to patients. Several strategies have been identified that both promote patient-safe cultures and serve to communicate issues associated with safety.

This quick survey highlights some of those strategies and allows you to assess whether these strategies are in place at your organization. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Your anonymous answers will be added to the database of respondents, and you will have the capability to immediately assess how your answers compare to other organizations that have also responded.
