This web-based training course consists of seven individual lessons (see below).  Next to each lesson is the approximate completion time.  But not to worry….you have 60 days to complete all three lessons, so the lessons do not have to be completed in one sitting.

Lesson 3:  Risk Points and Solutions (30 Minutes)

After completing this lesson, the learner will be able to:

·         Discuss methods to eliminate or minimize the impact of risk

·         Discuss the difference between active and latent failures

 

Lesson 4:  Physician Engagement (30 Minutes)

After completing this lesson, the learner will be able to:

·         Discuss the barriers to engaging physicians in the medication reconciliation process
