There are a variety of resource types to meet your needs, including standards support, case studies, tracers, tools, policies and procedures, and staff education. These resources may be articles, book chapters or sections, videos, webinars, slide presentations, posters, or other multimedia formats.

You can easily search these resources according to hospital manual chapter and “hot topic” (problematic or important topics in each chapter). Or, you can search according to standard number, Top Challenging Standards, keywords, resource type, and media type. You can even set customized alerts that will notify you when new resources are available.

JCAccess also provides other valuable accreditation content—all in one place: Get the latest issue of Perspectives as soon as it comes out. Get resources to educate your staff about Sentinel Event Alerts the minute they’re announced. Link directly to areas of the Joint Commission website (such as SIG FAQs, portals for accredited hospitals, the Extranet), the Center for Transforming Healthcare, and the JCR website (for consulting and custom education). All Joint Commission Resources products require pre-payment. For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment.

To take advantage of this option:

  1. Choose your item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Select "Proceed to Secure Checkout or Create Proforma Invoice."
  2. Enter your billing and shipping details. Select "Continue."
  3. The next screen will be a full summary of your order.
    1. On the bottom right, there is a section titled "Create Proforma Invoice."
    2. Click the "Proforma Invoice" button. (See image below.) 
    3. Within 5 minutes, a sales quote will be sent to your email address with details about how to complete a check or wire transfer payment.
