That’s why JCR actively seeks ideas from its prestigious Customer Advisory Group, a forum where colleagues from leading organizations come together to serve as a sounding board for the critical issues faced by health systems and providers.
Our advisory members are instrumental in proposing ideas to create new JCR services and improve existing ones. For example, JCR’s recently launched CMS Practice was developed in response to requests for rapid, focused guidance on the Medicare survey experience.
This group meets quarterly for conference calls and annually for a one day retreat.
