Kelly Quigley

Kelly Quigley, MBA, RN, Regional Client Relations Manager, is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in the health care field in a variety of roles including bedside nursing. Ms. Quigley joined the Client Relations team at JCR over six years ago. She assists JCR system clients to understand the unique spectrum of JCR resources available to prepare for a Joint Commission survey and support ongoing efforts to optimize patient safety and quality.

Previously, she worked for The Joint Commission as an Associate Director, Disease-Specific Care certification.

Ms. Quigley holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and is a Certified Change Agent and Yellow Belt through The Joint Commission’s Robust Process Improvement^® training.
