Jeff Stratton, BS, CFI, CHSP
Mr. Jeff Stratton is a domestic consultant with Joint Commission Resources. Mr. Stratton provides a safe environment through understanding regulatory requirements, developing processes to resolve recurring deficiencies, and implementing education programs for leaders and staff. Mr. Stratton wrote and applied numerous education programs during his 10 years at a large tertiary, level 1 trauma center in the Midwest.
Mr. Stratton works with all hospital staff to ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory codes. His education programs included the above ceiling permit, contagious disease response plan, and air quality management for pharmacy clean rooms and operating rooms. Mr. Stratton’s Life Safety experience also included the development of hospital annual construction contractor training, hospital staff new hire orientation, and site specific fire plans and drills for invasive procedure locations. Most recently, Mr. Stratton implemented software programs for use such as temperature and humidity monitoring, emergency preparedness, and lock out tag out.
