The number of attendees can range from about 100 to over 400 decision makers in health care administration, nursing, clinical program coordination, quality, regulatory compliance, facilities engineering, and patient safety. Conferences are held throughout the year and around the country.

Gold Level – $5,500

  • Table top exhibit (open during registration and all breaks)
  • Four (4) full conference registrations
  • Company acknowledgement on registration area signage
  • Company acknowledgment on event app
  • Post-conference attendee mailing list (excludes email addresses and phone numbers)
  • One-time pre- or post-conference email to attendees sent by JCR

Silver Level – $2,750

  • Table top exhibit (open during registration and all breaks)
  • Two (2) full conference registrations
  • Company acknowledgement on registration area signage
  • Company acknowledgment on event app
  • Post-conference attendee mailing list (excludes email addresses and phone numbers)

Exhibitor Process

To begin the exhibitor registration process for your company, or to ask any questions, please send an email to  indicating the following information:

  • Company name
  • Contact information
  • Website
  • Brief description of your company’s product
  • Events/dates of interest for you

If approved for exhibiting, we will send an Exhibitor Registration form for you to complete and return. This will explain payment options. Once your registration is accepted and payment received, we will follow-up with additional logistical information.
