Updates to Accreditation Manager Plus and Tracers with AMPTM Software in 2017
Early in 2017, Joint Commission Resources (JCR) made several critical updates to the Accreditation Manager Plus (AMP®) software solution. With a new, intuitive design and fully up-to-date Project REFRESH modifications, now is the time to add AMP® or Tracers with AMPTM to your cadre of compliance tools.
First and foremost, these modifications fully align all software programs with AMP functionality with The Joint Commission’s Project REFRESH and all its associated changes. Additionally, the SAFERTM Matrix scoring and reporting functionality is now included, helping users to explore and understand this brand-new scoring methodology. These updates also extend to the complimentary E-dition® that comes with these programs.
These software updates also included the addition of all Joint Commission Disease-Specific Care Certification and Advanced Disease-Specific Care Certification standards. For no additional cost, all Tracers with AMP subscribers can now score their organization against the certifications they hold or the certifications they wish to pursue.
The program’s reporting functionality has also been updated, streamlining the types of reports users can generate. New reports include Priority Joint Commission Requirements RFI report, which compares an organization’s self-assessment with Joint Commission surveyor RFIs for a single organization or a health system. This can help users track gaps with their own compliance scoring against Joint Commission survey findings. You will also be able to generate SAFERTM Matrix reports if scope and severity were documented at the time of scoring, after which the program will provide several drill-down options for improvement.
