Ms. Beth Glassford provides expert counsel for continuous compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS, and operational process improvement opportunities for non-hospital and hospital organizations. A certified Joint Commission Yellow Belt, Ms. Glassford utilizes her knowledge to assist organizations to improve patient safety and quality at acute care hospitals, long term acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, ambulatory facilities, retail clinics, and post-acute rehab units. Ms. Glassford is an experienced consultant who has worked with academic teaching centers, children’s hospitals, behavioral health facilities, various ambulatory organizations, and community hospitals.  
Prior to Joint Commission Resources, Ms. Glassford served in several facilities as Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Executive where she had responsibility for nursing as well as oversight of departments providing patient care in both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Prior to that, she served as the Assistant Director of Nursing at a rehabilitation hospital. Her operational and clinical experience has played a key role in assisting organizations that seek initial accreditation status and in consulting with those striving for quality performance improvements.
