Mr. Edward Browne has over 35 years as a health care engineer and manager. Mr. Browne’s specialties also include environment of care, life safety, construction, emergency preparedness, hazardous materials management, security, food services, environmental services, and real estate.

Mr. Browne has worked nationwide as an environment of care consultant in diverse situations including mental health and pediatric facilities.
