Return Policy

Returns should be initiated by contacting JCR Customer Service to seek approval. All returned publications must include a reference to the JCR webstore order number that you are returning. Send to the following address:

  • Only physical products may be returned – we do not accept returns on digital items (e-books, software, webinars, etc.)
  • Products must be unmarked and in resalable condition for credit.
  • A Joint Commission Resources packing slip should accompany all returned products. If the original packing slip cannot be located, please include a printed copy of the Shipping Notification or Order Confirmation email from the JCR Webstore.
  • Shipping charges will not be credited.

Products damaged in shipment will be replaced free of charge if notification is received within 30 days of product receipt (please contact the Joint Commission Resources Customer Service Center at 877.223.6866, option 1 (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET) or +1 630 268 2990 outside the U.S. (UTC - 5). If notification is received after 30 days, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement copy.
