Bhavna Mishra

Bhavna Mishra is the Executive Director of eProducts for Joint Commission Resources. In this role, she has full financial responsibility for both top and bottom line performance. She also has responsibility for executing an innovative business vision, including implementing software product strategy with market demand, research and development, and customer satisfaction. Ms. Mishra serves as the Joint Commission Resources liaison to many large health care systems within the customer advisory groups and software advisory board. She has been the key player in leading the software products revenue growth of 8% CAGR in the last five years.

Ms. Mishra has more than 23 years of experience in software product development with 15 years in health care and accreditation management at The Joint Commission. Her roles have spanned a variety of areas including software management, software development, product management, client services, customer relations, and employee effectiveness.

Prior to The Joint Commission, Ms. Mishra was responsible for software product development at large organizations like Pepsico, NSAMedia, and Conseco. At JCR, Ms. Mishra has led the product vision and strategy of the software products, including innovative technological solutions like business intelligence and mobile solutions for health care organizations supporting their quality and high reliability journey.

Ms. Mishra is a Certified Executive Scholar in General Management from Kellogg School of Management - Executive Education. She is a certified green belt and change agent and has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar University, India.
