What is ORO 2.0?
ORO® 2.0 is an online application that enables organizations to assess their current state in the domains of Leadership, Safety Culture, and Robust Process Improvement® on the journey toward high reliability and the goal of zero harm in healthcare. The assessment, comprised of fourteen performance areas, aids organizations in determining their maturity level (beginning, developing, advancing, approaching) in each domain. The tool is used as part of a facilitated organizational assessment to assist in the development of action plans for improvement.
